Getting Started

Cookery Trove keeps recipes, recipe boxes, shopping lists, and store aisle preferences together in one place.

Sign In

Sign in or create an account when the app opens. Your recipes and shopping list data are associated with that account.

Use the main navigation to move among these areas:

  • Home: a quick view of recipe content.
  • My Recipes: create, organize, and open recipes.
  • Shopping List: build a list and check off items while shopping.

Use the profile and settings entries in the app bar for account and appearance options.

A Good First-Time Setup

  1. Create a recipe box for a collection of recipes.
  2. Add or import a recipe.
  3. Create a shopping list for a store.
  4. Choose a store template so the list can start with category-to-aisle mappings.
  5. Add items and adjust their category or aisle mapping as you learn your store.

The same shopping list can be revisited from the list selector at the top of the Shopping List screen.
